Real estate is a broad term and a property right in land or in something attached to land to an immovable. It is typically considered to be Immovable property. Real estate normally includes title to air rights, mineral rights, and surface rights which can be bought, leased, sold, or transferred together or separately.

Some kinds of real estate businesses include: Real estate marketing, Relocation services, Real estate investing, Development, Appraisal, Brokerages, Net lease, and Property management, Corporate Real Estate. A business may specialize in a particular type of real estate, such as residential, commercial, or industrial property. In addition, almost all construction business effectively has a connection to real estate.
